Requirements

At least 1 year of retail experience
Proven leadership and customer service skills
Ability to work evening and closing shifts
Must have the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Leading Closing Procedures - ensuring the store is properly closed, locked, and secured before leaving for the night. You'll complete all closing checklists, balance tills, and prepare the sales floor for the next day.
Maintaining Merchandising Standards - keeping shelves stocked, products organized, endcaps full, signs accurate, and displays up-to-date with promotions and seasonal priorities.
Directing the Evening Team - guiding associates throughout the closing shift by delegating tasks, answering questions, providing support as needed, and maintaining high customer service standards.
Driving Sales and Satisfaction - leading your team in delivering the Ace Helpful Promise (assisting customers, solving problems, and promoting add-on sales) to support business growth and ensure customer service.
Supporting Store Recovery and Inventory Accuracy - managing the sales floor throughout the shift, including placing items in the correct spaces, ensuring products are facing forward, returning go-backs, and maintaining well-stocked inventory levels.
