WHAT YOU'LL DO Communicate with all lenders to track loans and ensure a smooth closing using appropriate checklists for property turnover and input data into enterprise systems Order, prepare, and track settlement packages for settlement agencies per the production schedule, including homeowners’ keys, mailbox keys, garage packages, and closing gifts for NHA delivery Track profit sharing amounts in active neighborhoods per negotiations with developer Monitor Utility & Real Estate Tax transfers with prorated invoicing Maintain HOA spreadsheets and distribute to settlement agencies and lenders Close out lots after closing in enterprise system , then distribute closing documents Follow-up on closing or settlement issues that may inhibit a smooth closing Maintain and build strong relationships through communication with outside business partners and settlement agencies Assist with appraisals , processing contracts/addenda as needed Assist with ordering model supplies , distribute month end reports and coding invoices REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or related role required Experience in Mortgage or Real Estate Settlements preferred Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of tasks and multiple priorities while maintaining organization Excellent people skills (communication and listening) Demonstrated ability to solve problems and assist in decision making Operate with a sense of urgency through a results-oriented approach Demonstrated ability to adapt to change Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products required Must possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license REWARDS As a progressive organization meeting the needs of a diverse workforce, in addition to the standard competitive benefits package we also offer birthday day off, 10 holidays, adoption benefits, excellent health care benefits, HHHunt rental discounts, and education assistance-to name just a few. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or related role required
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of tasks and multiple priorities while maintaining organization
  • Excellent people skills (communication and listening)
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and assist in decision making
  • Operate with a sense of urgency through a results-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products required
  • Must possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license
