About The Position
Are you looking for an opportunity where you can grow and develop your skills? Job Summary: As a Loan Origination Specialist within Wholesale Loan Services, you will be responsible for coordinating the post approval activities with Credit Risk Officers/Bankers and other areas to ensure all loans are closed and funded to meet our client’s expectations.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial loan products and documentation

- College degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans
- Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility, optimal execution mechanics, regulatory requirements, and mitigation of operational risk
- Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products, process, and policies
- Coordinate flow of post approval tasks from mandate to booking
