About The Position

The Closing Coordinator is responsible for communication between customers and colleagues during the entire contract process. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth closings and a positive experience for our homeowners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in title, mortgage financing, contract administration, or loan agreements (preferably in home construction lending) or Bachelor’s degree with 1 - 2 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of closing disclosures and title company procedures
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and adapt to extended hours if needed
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Process earnest money contracts and create job set-ups for To Be Built (TBB) homes
  • Schedule orientation meetings, meet-the-builder meetings, and closings
  • Review and understand contracts, disclosures, and homeowner guides
  • Partner with title companies, lenders, realtors, and customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Support colleagues across departments to ensure accurate and timely contract execution
  • Care for customer needs while following company procedures
  • Other duties as assigned; flexibility is key
