About The Position
Full-time Clinician position with WES Healthy Chicago. The Clinician will provide individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy as well as development and revision of the ITP and assistance with crisis stabilization and assistance with addressing problems the consumer has encountered.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field
- Experience with individual, group and family therapy
Nice To Haves
- Certifications in Evidence Based Treatment Modalities a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy
- Provide family therapy
- Provide group therapy
- Using the strengths-based approach identify problems and design an ITP with appropriate and reasonable goals.
- Submit monthly reports summarizing program status and outcomes.
- Development and revision of the ITP
- Assistance with crisis stabilization
- Assistance with addressing problems the consumer has encountered
