About The Position

Everyone Is a Caregiver At UMass Memorial Health, everyone is a caregiver – regardless of their title or responsibilities. Exceptional patient care, academic excellence and leading-edge research make UMass Memorial the premier health system of Central Massachusetts, and a place where we can help you build the career you deserve. We are more than 20,000 employees, working together as one health system in a relentless pursuit of healing for our patients, community and each other. And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day. The School Support Services program provides mental health services to students in their learning environment in numerous public and private schools within Central Massachusetts. We also offer consultation, training, and support to professionals and parents as they learn to interact more effectively with children who are experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. Community Healthlink staff uses a nurturing and disciplined approach to help at-risk youth and teens deal with the issues that can distract them and prevent them from succeeding in the classroom. Since 1995, Community Healthlink has been providing quality care that promotes wellness, healing and quality of life. In 2023, CHL’s clinics became certified Community Behavioral Health Centers, within a network of Massachusetts CBHC’s that offer immediate, confidential care for mental health and substance use needs.
