Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience driving projects to completion
  • 1–2 years of front office or administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Team-oriented with the ability to build effective relationships

  • 1–2 years in a training, learning, or administrative support role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Training department
  • Collaborate with People Strategy and IT teams to ensure smooth transitions from recruiting to training
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage logistics for in-person and virtual clinical trainings
  • Provide communication and logistical support to trainers before, during, and after sessions
  • Support the LMS Administrator with tasks in Bridge, Vera’s Learning Management System
  • Assist with planning and coordination for new clinic launches
  • Research and book venues for remote training locations; coordinate with onsite contacts
  • Organize and maintain inventory of clinical training supplies
  • Provide learner support during virtual training sessions
  • Assist the Clinical Training Manager as needed
  • Complete audits and support department metric reporting
