Melmark is a nonprofit organization providing clinically-sophisticated evidence-based special education, residential, vocational, and therapeutic services for children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, developmental and intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, medical complexities, and other neurological and genetic disorders. This position is responsible for the administration, management and delivery of all training services of the Professional Development Department. This position will perform in a supervisory role under the direction of the Director of Professional Development to develop, implement and monitor staff training and professional development functions including developing, organizing and/or leading trainings in both small and large group settings, scheduling and tracking on a computerized system, developing training curriculum and interacting with various departments, agencies and committees as needed in regard to training.
