The Clinical Trainer is responsible for collaborating with the Customer Advancement team to deliver ServicePlus training, focusing on advanced CensiTrac software usage for customers aiming to expand their capabilities. This role demands creative thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of sterile processing departments and CensiTrac. Effective communication with all internal departments is crucial. The position also requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver timely customer solutions. The Clinical Trainer will support Clinical Educators in continuous departmental improvement, including updating training documents and materials, and will participate in educational activities for Censis personnel, partners, and customers.
