About The Position

We are seeking a clinically confident team member to oversee clinical support, patient conversations, and provide team guidance to our Wellness Associates. You will also manage your own patient column and handle a variety of appointment types daily. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team. While education and experience in the medical field is appreciated, this is not required. We are willing to train individuals with a desire to work in healthcare! All new team members receive comprehensive, in-depth training to ensure their success in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of patient care for oral appliance treatment.
  • Perform initial assessments including collecting vital signs and reviewing health histories.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping using the EMR system.
  • Manage all walk-in patient inquiries as a primary point of contact
  • Maintain professional communication standards for all patient interactions and assist the team with digital correspondence and documentation.
  • Uphold organizational standards by modeling Star Sleep and Wellness protocols
  • Monitor team proficiency and individual performance
  • Collaborate with the Wellness Director to enhance clinical support and workflows
  • Establish and maintain excellent patient relationships through education and support.
