We’re growing our team in search of a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner who will have the opportunity to closely partner with our clinical teams to help drive our business growth in 2026 and beyond. As a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner, you are instrumental in building strong and collaborative relationships with clinical partners, and ensuring the attraction and acquisition of top talent that aligns with our mission and values. You are expected to excel in effective communication, take initiative, and drive the end-to-end recruitment process to support ACES’ growth goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, Human Resources or related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with current recruiting trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Located in Arizona is highly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ months of experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis recruiting preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clinical partners to understand their unique talent needs and align recruitment strategies with clinical objectives.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier candidates for various clinical roles within the organization.
  • Proactively network and engage with potential clinical candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Connect with local organizations including colleges and universities to build partnerships and plan for events.
  • Able to maintain candidate engagement through the full talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process, keeping both candidates and clinical partners informed.
  • Independently execute the full talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition posting to new hire onboarding.
  • Stays informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies within the clinical and healthcare sectors to continuously enhance the clinical talent acquisition strategy.
  • Effectively handle competing priorities.
