The Clinical Support Traveler plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of resident care within our communities. This dynamic position involves providing organized and efficient support to the clinical department at the community. Flexibility is essential, as the role predominantly requires weekend shift coverage, where you may serve as a Medication Aide, or Resident Aide. Your contributions will be vital in creating a nurturing atmosphere where every resident feels valued. You will be offered Room and Board at each community. Requirements
- Candidates must demonstrate patience, tact, courtesy, and enthusiasm while maintaining a positive attitude, especially when interacting with residents and families.
- The ability to remain calm under stress is crucial in delivering care effectively during challenging situations.
- Strong communication skills are required to engage with residents, families, personnel, and visitors, ensuring clear understanding and compassion in all interactions.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Electronic Medication Administration), reading and writing in English is vital for accurate documentation.
