Under the general direction of the Director of Operations, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for oversight of outpatient and community based services for Grace Harbour. This leadership role is accountable for overall staff experience, clinical quality, and customer satisfaction within the department. Location: Greenville, SC Compensation: $64,980.93 - $73,750.14 Final compensation is determined by factors such as education, licensure level, experience and other qualifications

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a counseling-related field required.
  • Must hold or be eligible for an independent professional license (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT).
  • At least 1 year in a clinical role; knowledge of ethical practices, informed consent, and trauma-informed care.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, adaptability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage case assignments for the clinical team
  • Engage and maintain community partnerships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and access to services
  • Attend client-related community meetings as needed
  • Monitor caseload utilization of assigned team members
  • Provide clinical consultation on all cases
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical documentation
  • Provide direct supervision to assigned clinical staff (weekly supervision, live supervision, clinical development)
  • Participate in onboarding, hiring, and interviewing new staff
  • Conduct annual performance reviews
  • Monitor staff productivity and timecards
  • Respond promptly to communication
  • Provide direct services as needed
  • Build stakeholder relationships and uphold ncgCARE’s mission.
