About The Position

We are looking to hire a passionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical leadership, oversight, and day-to-day management of the Therapeutic Foster Care program in Sarasota County. This position supervises a team of therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and effective clinical services. You will provide timely and meaningful performance feedback, sets clear expectations, and supports staff development through coaching, modeling, prompts, praise, and recognition. This role includes conducting observations, offering constructive feedback, and providing ongoing coaching to help therapists achieve and maintain competency in required clinical skills. In addition to clinical supervision, the Clinical Supervisor manages daily program operations, ensures compliance with program standards and organizational policies, and promotes best practices in service delivery. Position Details: Pay Range: Starts at $ 60,000 - 68,400 /annual. Requirements

Master's degree in the field of counseling, social work, or psychology required
Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida required.
Valid Driver's license
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test and TB Test.
Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida.

Two to three years of clinical supervisory-level experience preferred
