We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a CLINICAL SUPERVISOR at our Lamar office. This position is responsible for providing clinical supervision and oversight of the assigned unit and services, as directed by the Director. Please note that all applicants must undergo a pre-employment drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, as well as a comprehensive background check and TB Test.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • It requires licensure, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • A CAS certification, in addition to their license, is preferred and/or must be obtained within 18 months of their hire date.
  • HS Diploma or BA with a CAS Certification.
  • Four or more years of leadership experience, including management experience at various unit and company levels.
  • Valid driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a liaison to outside entities that contact CTP, Inc.
  • Closely coordinates with the director to ensure operational consistency and alignment.
  • Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Reviews and forwards timecards, leave requests, and other payroll-related documentation as required.
  • Responsible for the assessment of all patients to determine the appropriate level of care.
  • Responsible for opioid treatment outreach and supervision of outpatient groups, as well as one-on-one sessions with patients in opioid treatment.
  • Must have or be willing to gain an understanding of opioid treatment, the medications, and the philosophy behind harm reduction.
  • Seeks assistance in areas that fall outside their own area of expertise.
  • Prepares reports and follows up on all incidents, including work-related injuries and illnesses, to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintains an active caseload of patients, if applicable.
  • Assists with program and policy planning, development, and implementation as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
