American Behavioral Health Systems (ABHS) is a premier behavioral health treatment agency providing a holistic approach to our clients on the path to wellness. We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee our Residential program in Chehalis. As a Clinical Supervisor at ABHS, you will lead a multidisciplinary team who provide person-centered treatment for clients enrolled in our programs. This position will supervise assessments, case management, counseling and educational services while providing guidance and support to ABHS’s counselors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, an Associate's Degree combined with relevant experience will also be considered
Valid Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) Certification in the state of Washington
Must provide documentation of competency in clinical supervision and demonstrate a successful record of providing clinical supervision and program oversight.
Must be knowledgeable of WACs and statutes pertaining to the treatment and delivery of substance use disorder services.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CareLogic a plus.
