As Clinical Supervisor, you will partner closely with the Clinical Director to support the clinical team, uphold strong clinical standards, and shape high-quality care for individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges.
Requirements
- Fully licensed clinician - LCSW, LCPC, LMFT in the state of Illinois
- Supervisory or leadership experience in behavioral health or similar healthcare settings
- Strong clinical judgement, communication, and organization
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, etc)
- Commitment to ethical care, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
Responsibilities
- provide clinical supervision and daily leadership support
- Review and co-sign documentation for provisionally licensed staff
- Support treatment planning, discharge coordination, and crisis response.
- Manage clinical schedules, group coverage, and caseload balance
- Provide individual or group therapy as needed
- Coach, mentor, and support clinical growth
- Ensure compliance, quality care, and ethical practice
