Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Three years experience in a medical office setting is required. Other healthcare experience will be considered.
• Documentation of certification from an accredited medical assistant training program is preferred.
• Must be CPR certified within three months or less from the date of hire in the practice.
• Age Specific Care Provided For: -Adolescents -Adults -Geriatrics

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience in supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervisory oversight to the Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists at our Hunt Valley practice, and functions, when necessary, as a member of the Medical Assistant team of the Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians in the outpatient setting.
