About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our In Home Therapy & Therapeutic Mentoring programs. This position is located in West Springfield, serving children and families across Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, and Worcester Counties. Responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision of Master’s and Bachelor’s level staff. There is no requirement to provide direct services with clients, but this may be considered if desired by the candidate. Offering a $3,000 sign on bonus! Within your role as an In-home Therapy & Therapeutic Mentoring Clinical Supervisor you will: Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Master’s and Bachelor’s level staff (Clinicians, Therapeutic Training & Support Workers, and Therapeutic Mentors). Ensure program compliance with documentation and other clinically related licensing requirements. Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other clinicians, state agencies, DCF, schools, foster parents and other referral agencies. Provide annual evaluations of work performance, establishing employee goals and monitoring progress with other clinical supervisors and director, develop and coordinate in-service training to address common needs of the program staff and interns. Supervise student interns as determined by director. Qualifications: Masters degree in related field required Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Massachusetts is required. Requirements

Masters degree in related field required
