Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a clinical area (counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy)
  • Missouri credential as CCDP-D, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist. PLPC or other provisional licensure may also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the treatment of dual diagnosis disorders is also required.
  • The candidate must either have completed a 3 day clinical supervision course provided by the Missouri Substance Abuse Professional Credentialing Board, or do so within 3-6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Providing daily clinical supervision of a wing of a men’s in-custody treatment program specializing in treating men who have co-occurring disorders, and the Counselors who provide treatment to these clients.
  • This includes in-person clinical supervision as well as review and supervision of clinical documentation.
  • This position is also responsible for providing an expanded clinical assessment to determine the nature and severity of the mental health concerns of these clients.
  • Other duties as assigned
