As a Supervising Therapist, you will provide guidance and support to pre-licensed providers and ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy services. Your role is essential in maintaining the standard of care, promoting therapeutic excellence, and fostering the professional development of our pre-licensed staff. As a Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.
