We're seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our OnTrack team—an innovative, multi-disciplinary program that helps young people navigate one of life's toughest challenges: their first episode of psychosis.

This isn't traditional clinic work. This is community-based, life-changing care that meets clients where they are—literally and emotionally. You'll balance clinical leadership with direct client engagement—mentoring a small, highly skilled team while staying connected to the people we serve.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Active (or soon eligible) Florida licensure: LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• Leadership experience in a mental health or youth-serving environment.
• A deep belief in human potential—and the ability to inspire it.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and support to the OnTrack team.
• Deliver individual and family therapy, case management, and psychoeducation.
• Coordinate referrals and community partnerships to expand program reach.
• Oversee intake, discharge, and on-call coverage.
• Foster a culture of dignity, shared decision-making, and recovery-focused care.
