Requirements

Master's level clinician with a degree in social work, LCSW required
Minimum three years' experience in a clinic serving children/adolescents and families and one year as a supervisor.
Demonstrated understanding of the interrelated functions of Child Welfare, the Office of Mental Health (OMH), and the Education system, and how these systems collaboratively impact child and family services
Office of Mental Health experience

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of individual and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention services.
Ensure clinical services meet the highest standards of care and comply with Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulations.
Provide direct supervision to clinicians and interns, fostering professional growth and excellence in clinical practice.
Participate in bi-weekly supervision with the Clinic Director and Administrative Director to support alignment with program goals.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.
