About The Position

Roxbury Treatment Center is currently recruiting a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Substance Use Disorder Unit to coordinate all clinical services provided to patients of Roxbury’s Substance Use Disorder Program.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in Substance Use Disorder (chemical dependency), Psychology, Social Work, or other related field required.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• supervision of clinical staff
• oversight of staff scheduling
• provision of group and individual therapy, crisis intervention, and completion of documentation
• Provides on-site leadership and daily direction for the clinical programming of the Substance Use Disorder Program
• This position is responsible for staffing coverage 24/7 for the clinical team of the SUD unit.
