Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication How you will make a difference: This position has primary responsibility for directing and supervising the staff who provide mental health and support services to clients and their families. The Clinical Supervisor may have their own caseload in addition to oversight responsibilities. S/he acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical & support staff. This position involves planning, implementation, monitoring, and revision of the clinical treatment program. The Center Director/Clinical Supervisor represents the agency to county agencies and the community. S/he meets with clients, provides direct care and treatment, and may be involved in the client grievance process. The Center Director/Clinical Supervisor is responsible for facility management. Division/Program Overview: • The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short-term voluntary residential facility. • Designed to help adult residents, ages 18-59, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community. Services include: • 24/7 Program • Therapeutic and mental health services • Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance use rehabilitation services • Pre-vocational or vocational counseling • Medication evaluation and support services • Daily exercise and health/wellness education • Crisis intervention Learn more about SBHG at: https://www.starsinc.com/stars-inc/ For Additional Information: [email protected] In accordance with California law, the grade for this position is 72,931.14 - 116,689.83. Placement within the grade is determined based on experience, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law. Requirements

• BBS licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD or PhD
• Master's degree in family/child counseling, development or psychology, social services or professional counseling or related social science field.
• Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, children, adolescents and/or adults
• Valid California Driver's License
• Applicants must have attained the age of 18 years of age
• BLS CPR/First Aid

Nice To Haves

• Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology preferred.
• Two (2) years supervisory experience in a health care setting, preferred.
• 2 years-post licensure experience with ability to provide Clinical Supervision to registered interns/associates and/or practicum students in Behavioral Services or Psychology related fields, preferred
