The paid training you need to learn, grow, and succeed! Essential Functions: Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff. Review all screening documentation for accuracy. Triage all mobile crisis calls to ensure the correct level of service is being provided. Track all incoming cases, direct and transfers. Provide coverage for mobile crisis calls. Coordinate services with other providers and serve a liaison with other community service providers. Ensure program deliverables are implemented and ensure program goals are met. Conduct regular staff meetings to convey information and resources to promote the professional development of staff and to establish a collaborative environment. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
