About The Position

BJC HealthCare and Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Internal Medicine Primary Care Clinic to oversee daily administrative and clinical operations. This leadership role manages clinical departments, coordinates resources, and ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care. Shift Details: M-F 8:30am - 5pm (The clinic is open from 7am - 5pm)

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
• Licensure/Certification: Active RN License and BLS certification required.
• Experience: 2–5 years of clinical/leadership experience preferred.
• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Registered Nurse - Various
• Associate Degree

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Direct daily clinic functions, including supply procurement, QA initiatives, regulatory compliance, OSHA standards, and equipment maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Lead the hiring, training, and professional development of clinical staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Clinical Oversight: Assist staff as needed to maintain seamless operations and achieve high patient satisfaction scores.
• Administrative Coordination: Lead regular staff meetings and manage departmental resources to meet healthcare quality goals.
