Under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer, or designee, is responsible for clinical supervision and professional development of registered and licensed clinicians providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents and families being served. The Clinical Supervisor will manage a caseload of assigned clients when needed. The Clinical Supervisor carries out Casa Pacifica's mission in relation to the ongoing clinical assessment, evaluation, and mental health treatment of the youth within Casa Pacifica. CREDENTIALS: Clinical Supervisor II: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist. Must be eligible for licensure in California. Clinical Supervisor II: Licensed Master or Doctoral Level Clinician with five to seven years’ experience, preferable but not required, working with severely emotionally disturbed youths. For the Doctoral level, a minimum of 2 years post-licensure supervisory experience as a licensed psychologist.
