The Clinical Supervisor reports to the Director of the CCC and NCTSI Project Director. Primary assignments include the supervision and coordination of all Psy.D. practicum services in accordance with APA standards, organizational mission, and National Child Traumatic Stress Initiative NCTSI funding requirements. The position focuses on clinical supervision and didactic training, onboarding and evaluation of the Psy.D. students, quality assurance and oversight of service outcomes, collaboration with school districts as a client referral source, and working within a multidisciplinary leadership team. This position is 32 hours per week, grant-funded, with employment contingent on grant funding.
