Clinical Services Director Are you an accomplished clinician and manager with experience working in child welfare service delivery? As Clinical Services Director, you will contribute to the company’s mission of providing quality services by managing the coordination, supervision, and delivery of clinical services across the state. Manage the coordination, supervision, and delivery of clinical services statewide. Ensure that all clinical staff meet the licensing requirements and program descriptions necessary to deliver in-service training while delivering treatment services for the individuals under care. Manage and supervise clinical staff by providing continuous coaching, feedback, and progressive discipline when necessary. Responsibilities include performance evaluations, orientation, new staff development, training, and assigning caseloads. Make recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolve personnel problems within position responsibilities. Develop and implement a growth plan for intensive residential services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities and who have high-intensity behavioral needs and/or criminal histories. Ensure that individual and family psychotherapy and case management services are being delivered to the individuals served as required; provide staff consultation on medical and psychiatric incidents as necessary. Ensure that all clinical records for individuals served are complete, organized, and kept confidential, meeting timelines for compliance with state regulatory requirements. Establish liaisons with and conduct pre-contract interviews with all consulting staff (psychiatrists, psychologists, pediatricians, etc.) to ensure coordinated service delivery. Develop and maintain working relationships with all clients, families, funding sources, and regulatory agencies, as appropriate, and monitor satisfaction with services. Develop and implement avenues for continuing education and comprehensive training programs for clinical staff to keep current with compliance and regulations. Ensure compliance with all federal and state licensing requirements, while internally adhering to all policies and procedures.
