Employees are considered the biggest asset. The Clinical Operations Manager leads the Patient Services (Scheduling) Department to ensure seamless patient care coordination. This role involves overseeing a team of Leads and Coordinators, driving operational excellence through data-driven decisions, process improvement, and strategic staffing.

Requirements

4+ years in healthcare/clinical operations
2+ years in a supervisory role
2+ years of experience defining and optimizing operational workflows
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex data analysis)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
Ability to interpret data trends to drive tangible improvements
Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
A focus on building team morale, fostering quality

Responsibilities

Manage, train, and develop a team of 10–15; oversee performance, scheduling, and professional growth.
Ensure 100% accuracy in scheduling Admissions, Recertifications, and Resumptions while maintaining compliance with physician frequency orders.
Create and monitor daily/weekly reports (Payroll, Nurse Quotas, Visit Compliance) to optimize department performance and hit KPI goals.
Identify process bottlenecks, develop new SOPs, and execute emergency preparedness protocols.
Partner with Clinical Directors to troubleshoot care coordination issues and ensure patient safety across all routes.
