About The Position

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the education and implementation of advanced wound care solutions across the West Coast. You will develop and deliver training programs tailored to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are equipped to use our innovative products effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you identify customer needs and devise strategies to enhance product adoption. This role is not just about education; it’s about driving business growth through impactful clinical support and forging strong relationships with key accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in wound management
• Registered Nurse or comparable work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
• Advanced Wound Management Certification
• 75% travel expected
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Teaching experience
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide education and consultation in support of customer needs and sales goals
• Manage key activities related to wound care product conversions in select facilities
• Identify, design and implement appropriate consulting strategies to maximize efficiencies
• Assess customer needs and develop tools to resolve issues
• Assist in the development and delivery of Clinical Education programs
• Serve as a key clinical and educational contact for customers
• Follow-up with key accounts to assess unmet educational needs
• Collaborate with critical functional areas within Advanced Wound Care
• Provide clinical expertise to internal and external customers
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers to provide clinical perspectives
