About The Position

The Clinical Resource Manager (CRM) at the Sanctuary of Holy Cross plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality resident care through clinical oversight, staff development, and resource coordination. This leadership position supports the nursing team by optimizing clinical workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence in long-term care. Requirements

  • Current RN license in the State of Indiana (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
  • Strong knowledge of MDS, care planning, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a clinical expert and resource for nursing staff across all shifts.
  • Monitor and evaluate resident care plans and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to nursing staff.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new clinical employees.
  • Identify educational needs and coordinate in-service training sessions.
  • Assist with audits, incident reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including CMS guidelines.
  • Participate in QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) programs.
  • Coordinate clinical supplies and equipment to support efficient care delivery.
  • Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling to maintain coverage and continuity.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the care team.
  • Address concerns and facilitate communication to enhance satisfaction and trust.
