Summary: The Clinical Resource Nurse is a registered professional nurse, highly skilled in medical surgical care, who demonstrates expertise, flexibility, and competency in the care of patients. Under the supervision of the Administrative House Supervisor, is committed to improving the care of patients directly and indirectly. Exemplifies and promotes excellence in nursing practice by impacting patient care outcomes. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum 2 years Med-Surg experience.
- Ability to adapt to change in a positive manner under high acuity and stressful situations.
- Flexible, reliable, energetic, great customer service, astute problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Exemplary assessment and IV skills needed.
- CPR.
- Must obtain ACLS within 1 year of entering Clinical Resource Pool.
