We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support research studies involving electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) for severe psychiatric illness. You will work directly with patients receiving ECT at Penn’s Interventional Psychiatry Clinic and help oversee their participation in ongoing clinical research projects focused on brain activity, behavior, and treatment outcomes. In this role, you will assist with screening potential participants, coordinating and documenting the informed consent process, administering standardized clinical and cognitive assessments, and collecting brain activity data during treatment sessions. You will also help manage IRB protocols, maintain study documentation, and prepare data for manuscripts, grant proposals, and presentations. You will work closely with the Principal Investigator, Dr. Zachary Rosenthal, as well as the Penn Interventional Psychiatry clinical team, to support study operations, implement approved changes, and monitor study milestones.
