Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or at least 3 years of experience in a clinical or research setting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting patients for clinical studies
• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience working with chronically ill or high-risk patient populations
• Ability to work with healthcare providers and research teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Recruit and communicate with potential clinical trial participants from local clinics and community partners
• Support screening, scheduling, and enrollment of eligible patients
• Serve as a liaison between English- and Spanish-speaking patients and clinical staff
• Coordinate patient logistics, including transportation and required documentation
• Provide patient support, follow-up, and appointment reminders
• Track and report recruitment activity and patient engagement
