About The Position

As a Clinical Research Coordinator II, you will support an ongoing multi-site randomized controlled trial (RCT) testing the efficacy of a parent-focused language intervention for toddlers with cleft palate. The study includes English and Spanish-speaking participants so confirmed proficiency in Spanish will be required. Applicants should have research coordination experience in the areas listed below: Participant engagement (e.g., recruitment, consent). Administering assessments, follow-ups, and incentives. Data collection, tracking, and cleaning. Creation and oversight of regulatory documents. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of research-related experience OR Master’s Degree in related discipline and one (1) year of research-related experience
  • Confirmed proficiency in a second language via successful completion of a language assessment may be required for certain departments
  • Current Driver's license from the state of residence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in a scientific discipline or related field
  • CCRA certification
  • Database management skills
  • Pediatric research experience
