Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and interviewing new team members
  • Taking a lead role in onboarding and new-hire setup
  • Maintaining employee records and personnel files accurately and confidentially
  • Managing employee information including new hires, terminations, status changes, and time-off requests
  • Responding to employee questions in a professional, supportive manner
  • Communicating client and performance feedback clearly and respectfully
  • Supporting management with corrective actions when needed
  • Conducting new-hire orientations and exit interviews
  • Reviewing applications, preparing offer letters, and completing new-hire paperwork
  • Conducting reference checks and background checks
  • Entering employee updates into scheduling and internal systems
  • Escalating sensitive or complex issues to management as appropriate
  • Coordinating with recruiters and keeping applicant data up to date
  • Handling additional administrative and office duties as assigned
