About The Position

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, committed to enhancing the quality of life for children with autism. We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to focus on sourcing top talent for Clinical Leadership roles across all of our clinic locations. The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sourcing and recruiting highly qualified and hard to find Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) as well as other clinical leadership roles. This role is for someone who thrives in proactive recruiting -finding, engaging and hiring top-tier talent by focusing on strategic outreach and relationship building across multiple geographies. The Clinical Recruiter has a thorough understanding of both the operational and clinical aspects of ABA therapy in order to build trust with our clinical talent pipeline, as well as provide strategic market insights to internal stakeholders. This role will also occasionally support recruiting efforts as needed for Mosaic’s Central Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting.
  • Experience sourcing, hiring and retaining clinical talent with a focus on BCBAs is preferred.
  • Experience in the ABA therapy industry is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other clinical leadership positions across all Mosaic Pediatric Therapy clinic locations.
  • Identify and source passive candidates through various methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, cold-calling or professional networks in order to establish relationships and/or drive application interest.
  • Develop and maintain a long-term pipeline of BCBA talent in key markets to ensure timely fulfillment of clinical hiring needs in a competitive landscape.
  • Partner closely with operational leaders to understand staffing priorities and ensure alignment with clinical quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough screenings to assess clinical expertise, licensure status, cultural fit, and alignment with Mosaic’s mission and values.
  • Facilitate interview processes, provide hiring recommendations, and manage offer negotiations to ensure successful candidate placements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and streamlined reporting.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Be an ambassador of the Mosaic brand, representing the organization at conferences, career fairs or other networking opportunities in an effort to drive credibility and relationships in the ABA community.
  • Be a market expert by remaining up to date on the latest industry trends impacting ABA and Clinicians, including details such as evolving BACB certification requirements.
  • Support recruiting initiatives for Mosaic’s Central Office functions as needed.
