Clinical Programs Manager Location: Washington, DC. This role requires associates to be in-office 4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law The Clinical Programs Manager will be responsible for assisting sales team to create sales plans, marketing strategies, renewal strategies, for group accounts with regard to clinical offerings. How you will make an impact: Makes formal presentations to prospective clients and existing clients, analyzing utilization data and presenting quarterly reports and recommended future changes. Makes formal presentations on clinical managed care programs to both new and existing accounts. Evaluates account utilization data to identify areas to target or where the Company has an opportunity for new programming/options. Analyzes utilization data to assist in developing additional clinical offerings / programming. Prepares responses to RFPs and a variety of analytical reports for accounts in support of the program. Develops relationships with consultants and/or brokers. Stays abreast of latest trends in care management and the competitors care management.
