The Clinical Programs Director, Market Intelligence is responsible for the timeliness, consistency, and quality, of data derived from the use A.I to improve visibility and Cytiva market shares. In addition, this role will be a key contributor to the MBO growth room initiatives and daily management activities supporting spec win to design in SW. Successful Director will have a significant impact on Cytiva's ability to identify and take actions to win specification positions on high value drug process. This position reports to the Vice President, Clinical Programs and is part of the Clinical Programs Organization working in Marlborough, Massachusetts and covering global initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science or adjacent disciplinaries, master's degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft tools including CoPilot.
Experienced Global Data user and working in a global matrixed environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Hands-on process development.

Responsibilities

Represent Clinical Programs in the development of A.I. Molecule tracking
Control the inputs and outputs of the A.I. program.
Interface with strategy, R&D, and commercial to improve A.I. outputs and dashboards.
Leverage A.I. insights to drive growth in spec wins and reduce operational muda.
Report Policy Deployment related results monthly.
