How you’ll make an impact in this role Program Leadership & Clinical Excellence: Spearhead the development and oversight of clinical programs, serving as a key subject matter expert to ensure nursing staff adhere to the highest standards of patient care and policy. Strategic Care Planning: Design and document comprehensive, individualized care plans and therapy programs, ensuring seamless implementation and procurement of essential medical resources. Team Supervision & Mentorship: Direct and empower nursing teams through proactive supervision, fostering a collaborative environment focused on clinical precision. Regulatory Documentation Management: Meticulously coordinate and maintain complex clinical documentation to ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
