The Clinical Program Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the identified program is highly effective and successful. This position is responsible for ensuring successful clinical operations for the identified program and delivery of clinical services in a way that contributes to an enhanced experience for staff and clients. The Clinical Program Operations Manager provides support to all aspects of the program including clinical innovation, client engagement and satisfaction, maintaining a clinical caseload, ensuring the team is effective and provides efficient service delivery, developing innovative strategies, contract compliance, outreach efforts, complex resource navigation and barrier removal, and advance program services for system impact and alignment. Additionally, this position will provide assistance with program and clinical decision-making, administrative support, and contribute to training and the development of both clinical and non-clinical program staff.
