About The Position

Details Department: Physician Support Services Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:00 Hospital: St. Vincent Medical Group Location: Indianapolis, IN RN or LPN highly preferred. Clinic experience preferred Experience with teaching and instruction as well as leadership and mentorship are highly preferred. Responsibilities Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program. Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives. Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Assign tasks and prioritize and coordinate work. Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures. Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines. Requirements Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves
