This role requires frequent travel across multiple locations, including regular visits to our Keystone Office Building in Warrenville (approximately twice weekly) and regular travel to the North/Northwest regions. Candidates must hold a nursing degree with a bachelor’s required and a master’s degree preferred—or be actively enrolled in a master’s program. A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in either inpatient or outpatient settings is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership performance, familiarity with DMAIC methodology, and a strong background in performance improvement. EPIC experience and a history of education and training delivery are advantageous.
