About The Position

Be part of a legacy of care. At Hudec Dental, dentistry is more than clinical work — it’s about creating genuine connections and delivering care that makes patients feel like family. Since 1977, we’ve been 100% family owned and 100% family operated. For more than 40 years, Hudec Dental has remained a family practice in every sense — family-owned, family-driven, and focused on treating patients like our own family. Founded by Dr. John Hudec, who once did it all — from patient coordinator to hygienist to doctor — our practice was built on humility, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to people. That legacy lives on today in every smile we help create. We’re looking for an Office Manager who shares those same values — someone who leads with compassion, communicates with grace, and inspires others to grow both personally and professionally. This role is the bridge between patients, providers, and staff, ensuring that the office runs smoothly while creating an environment where both patients and team members feel like family.

  • 2–4 years of management or customer service experience (healthcare management strongly preferred)

  • Ability to lead with confidence, make independent decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for developing others and creating a positive, patient-first culture

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice with efficiency and excellence
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential

  • Ensure provider schedules are optimized to meet production, revenue, and collection goals
  • Handle payroll, scheduling, and staffing to maintain smooth office operations
  • Resolve patient concerns with professionalism, care, and timeliness
  • Uphold compliance with Hudec Dental’s mission, values, and standards of care

Benefits

  • Competitive pay based on experience

  • Medical and vision coverage
  • Internal dental allowance for employees and immediate family

  • Work-life balance: no evenings or weekends
  • Career advancement opportunities
