Performance and Safety Specialist Community Bridges, Inc. Job Summary The Performance and Safety Specialist (PASS) Team Member plays a key role in fostering a safe, well-trained, and competent workforce by delivering critical training programs and supporting ongoing staff development. This position is responsible for conducting New Hire Orientation, as well as teaching CPR/First Aid and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. The PASS Team Member ensures staff maintain required competencies through initial and continuous monitoring of skills and knowledge at their assigned site. Working collaboratively with Training Department and program leadership, this individual helps assess and address safety practices and training needs at assigned units. Additionally, the PASS Team Member supports the creation, implementation, and evaluation of unit-specific training plans to promote best practices and enhance overall staff performance.
