This role owns the Northwest Territory, covering parts of the Midwest and Pacific Northwest — candidates based in those regions will have a natural advantage in building and navigating their market. Iris Telehealth partners with community mental health centers, hospitals, and health systems to bridge that gap — and the Clinical Partnerships Director is the engine that makes those partnerships happen. Without someone in this role building a strong, qualified pipeline and closing new partnerships, the patients who need behavioral health services the most go without. You will be one of the key individuals responsible for bringing our mission to life by expanding our footprint and deepening our impact across the country. What You’ll Be Doing As a Clinical Partnerships Director, you will own the full sales cycle for new healthcare partnerships — from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. You will be the face of Iris Telehealth for prospective partners, and a critical connector between their clinical needs and our solutions.
