Position Summary: Coordinates outreach activities for key Swedish Medical Center Trauma service line, and assist in outreach for Emergency Services, Neurosciences, Surgical Services, Cardiology and Oncology. Schedules and coordinates site visits to rural communities and coordinates CME programs. Represents SMC at conferences and other vendor sites as appropriate. Cultivates and maintains relationships with physicians and transferring facilities. Formulates business development strategies to increase growth and partnerships of the trauma service line SMC. Facilitates the Access Center referral system including identification of outreach patients, coordinating patient follow up for referring facilities, and problem-solving issues. Requirements

Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure or Bachelors in Healthcare or business related field.
BSN or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
Clinical experience as an RN or Paramedic and previous marketing or sales experience preferred.
Clinical leadership development experience also preferred.
This position requires 50% travel
Advanced Trauma Life Support Course Coordinator within 12 months of hire
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in order to interact in a clear, concise manner with staff, physicians, and administration.
Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Typing skills sufficient to complete the job in a timely manner.
Must be skilled in time management in order to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
