About The Position

As the Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will audit, inspect, collect and track clinical data for regulatory compliance, quality and safety metrics. You will work with the clinical team to identify problems in clinical workflow management in physician offices and provide education to office staff to support quality improvement, safety and efficiency. You will co-instruct new employee orientation clinical training and the MA orientation program clinical training. You will renew required state licensure(s) ensuring proper payment to regulatory entities and payment distribution to ProMedica Physicians’ offices. Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Completion of a recognized MA program at an accredited college or university with minimum of one year working in a physician’s office or related health care setting is required
  • Medical Assistant Certification
